These Terms of Service explain the rules for using CountLens. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
CountLens provides photo-based material counting, result editing, record storage, and receipt image generation. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for checking results before relying on them.
Counting Results
Counting results are estimates generated from photos and local recognition models. Accuracy may vary because of lighting, angle, overlap, image quality, material layout, and model limitations. Review and adjust results before making business, safety, financial, or inventory decisions.
Your Content
You keep responsibility for photos, notes, client names, material details, records, and receipt images that you create or save in the app. Make sure you have the right to use and share any content you add to CountLens.
Purchases
Some models or features may require purchase through the App Store. Apple handles payment, taxes, refunds, and transaction processing under Apple policies. Purchased access unlocks app features as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Restrictions
You may not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the app, interfere with app operation, use the app to violate laws or rights of others, or present unreviewed counting results as guaranteed measurements.
No Professional Advice
CountLens is a productivity tool. It does not provide engineering, legal, financial, safety, or professional inspection advice. Use qualified professionals and manual verification where exact counts or compliance decisions are required.
Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We may also update local models, supported materials, purchase options, and limits as the app evolves.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as available and without guarantees that results will be error-free or suitable for every situation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms when app features, purchase options, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
